Buying and using what is sold here is covered by these terms. Plain wording is deliberate. Anything genuinely narrowing what you get is printed where the eye lands, and not buried in a clause designed to be skipped.
Proofed 29 August 2026Fortify 24x7 trades under the SecureBiz IT name. The contract you enter runs to Fortify 24x7. Invoices come from Fortify 24x7. The engineers work for Fortify 24x7. Printing that on every page beats letting somebody discover it in month four.
One compartment holds one managed capability, running on whichever platform its forme names, operated by our engineers. Buy it, and at the count you set that capability is yours for whatever period the subscription stays paid.
Formes count as part of this contract. Each closes with an honest scope block naming its edge. Their whole purpose is to be relied on, which is why reading one first beats reading it later.
A refused charge is tried again, and you get word of it. Leave it unattended long enough and a subscription pauses. Real trouble is taken over reaching somebody human beforehand, since pulling protection because of a lapsed expiry date does nobody any good. Restarting a paused service may need redeployment.
Deliver whatever you bought, applying reasonable skill and care to it. Hold the platforms underneath in decent order. Keep the desk staffed that answers warnings and proofs. Say what is genuinely going on in your environment, including the days when the fault sits with us.
No arrangement halts every incident. Any vendor hinting otherwise has in mind a product nobody ever built. Nothing here warrants that each threat is caught, that a file never goes missing, or that a system runs unbroken.
Each forme sets its own boundary. A boundary is a term of this contract in its own right, not comfort wording glued on last.

What sits in your environment is yours. It gets touched to run the service, along the lines of the privacy notice, and for nothing else. Guarding a thing creates no claim on it, and no wording here permits your material to be put to a purpose you never ordered.
Two clicks on the account page. Prefer words? Write from the address that bought it. Either way the stop lands once the period you already covered has run out. Money taken before that point is dealt with by the refund policy.
A service may be paused or ended by us if payment fails, if the use breaks a law, or if behavior puts people here, or another customer, in the way of harm. Barring a real emergency, notice arrives first, and so does room to put things right.
None of this is cast in metal. Anything material lands on this page with the proofing date moved. If it touches a subscription that is running, whoever holds the account gets a letter. Carrying on afterwards is how a change is accepted.
A clause that fails does not take the others with it. Overlooking a breach on one occasion surrenders nothing. Between us, the agreement consists of this page, the formes, and the notices linked from around the site. Nothing else.
Governing law follows the home jurisdiction of Fortify 24x7, and a dispute goes before the courts sitting in it.
